REFLEX AND LIGAMENT MASSAGE is a series ofspecial massage techniques used in a specificorder with a reflex action on the tissues andinternal organs, which is particularly good forrelieving painful parts in the muscles.
MOBILISATION OF THE SPINE AND PERIPHERALJOINTS involves restricted rhythmic move mentswhich help to get the spine and peripheraljoints working again.
SOFT TISSUE TECHNIQUES are a set of specialmassage techniques used to restore tissuetension and elasticity, which improves jointmobility and relieves pain.
FLASK MASSAGE This is an ancient Chinesetechnique, in which a special flask is placedon the surface of the body, creating suction. After the flask has been applied the skin andsurface layer of the muscles are sucked intothe mouth of the flask, which is the principleof this massage. The flask massage is uniquein that it results in intensive perfusion of themassaged tissue. Just one procedure can bringunexpected relief.

Exercising in the pool+ hydromassage

Group exercises in a warm pool which is only130 cm deep and so can also be enjoyed bynon-swimmers.The exercises are done in small groups of4-8 people and make the most of the fact thatwater makes several exercises much easier,thus helping to mobilise all the body’s musclesand joints. The pool is fitted with underwatermassage jets and a hydromassage bench, whichallows you to rest your muscles after finishing6the exercises. You are led by an experiencedinstructor the whole time.

Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking means walking with specialsticks, which improves your physical condition.During one of these walks up to 600 musclesare used, i.e. 90% of all the muscles in the body.This form of walking improves the function ofthe heart and the circulation, strengthens themuscles of the upper part of the body, andplaces less strain on the hip and knee joints.Calorie consumption rises by up to 50%. TheNordic Walking route runs through naturalscenery of our park, with its peat pools. Thefirst lesson is led by an instructor.
