"For seasons A, B: if cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to arrival, the amount of 30% of the total reservation value will be charged.
In the event of No Show the 50% of the amount will be charged.
For seasons C, D: if cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total
reservation amount will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 3 days prior to arrival, the 75% of the amount will be charged. If booking is cancelled later
than 3 days prior to arrival, in case of non - show, double booking or in case of early departure, the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fee.
Different cancellations fees may apply for Villa with private pool, Executive Villa & Presidential Villa or non allocated room types."
